Worlds Best Protein Pancakes

If you're anything like me :) you'll love pancakes. However, my favourite weekend breakfast can often add up in calories and not a whole lot of nutritional benefit!
Protein pancakes have exploded in recent years, and if you haven't got the time you can buy pre-made mixes from certain supplement companies.
However - if you're wanting to make your own - you can't go far wrong with this amazing recipe :) It's taken me a couple of years to perfect it, but these are pure fluffy amazingness.


What you will need:
- 1/2 Cup porridge oats
- 1 Scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground arrowroot
- 1 dessert spoons Greek yoghurt
- Splash of milk
- Butter (or equivalent) for pan
- 1 Scoop Collagen peptides* (optional)
What to do:
Blend together all the ingredients (except the butter)
Add in extra milk if it is not 'battery' enough
Heat a tsp. of butter (or substitute) in a non-stick frying pan.
Once really hot, pour paddle full into pan and cook until bubbles start to appear.
Flip the pancake over and cook for another minute.
Repeat until all the batter is used.

These protein pancakes look delicious and make it so much easier to stay healthy when you have a busy morning routine.
